The condominium is a popular form of residential ownership because owners who want the security of owning property without the care and maintenance that a house demands. Many condominiums come with a wide range of amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and other state of the art features. The fees for using these amenities are included in the rent. Along with the other residents, you will have to pay a monthly maintenance fee, which takes care of the general operations for the complex and repair services.
